Please refer to these guidelines for all DUBKORPS Forum posts. These rules are an attempt to cover most situations however DUBKORPS and its moderators at any time may elect to utilize their discretion to remove or close any post that may not be clearly outlined by these rules.

DUBKORPS was created to be place where all VW / AUDI owners could come no matter their current club affiliation and share their love for VDUB. We encourage a family atmosphere with mature content.

MAJOR RULES: Violation of these rules may result in account banning or moderator warning.

• We are all adults and mild profanity is allowed in post bodies but not in subject lines. We will edit all profanity we feel is over the top or excessive. We prefer less then more.
  
• DUBKORPS has elected to be classified ad free for non-advertisers. There are many outlets for selling items and we feel we do not need to be another. In an effort to avoid any bad business deals between DK members we will enforce this rule.
  
• Spamming or commercial solicitation is not allowed unless your company is a DK advertiser. All commercial posts are to remain in the DK Surplus section.
  
• Flaming of members that fuel a conflict or argument, personal attacks or general malicious behavior will not be tolerated.
  
• Useless off topic posts will be deleted. The A.W.O.L forum is the correct location for similar posts but excessive nonsense will be moderated.
  
• No linking or posting of pornographic or objectionable/inappropriate material.
  
• Do not discuss, suggest, engage, or encourage any illegal activity on the forums. Linking to locations that deal with any such activity is also forbidden. This includes reference to drug use whether it be comical or the like.
  
• Posting under a secondary username for the purpose of arguing, degrading, or belittling other members is grounds for banning. We can see your IP and will figure it out.
  
• Valid email is required in order to be an active DK forum member.
  
• Signatures must follow the same lines of discretion as outlined above. No images are allowed in signatures. Avatars must also not depict any of the above limits including nudity, drug use, profanity etc.
  
  
• Usernames with DUBKORPS in the name or similar are not allowed.
  
• Because of the volatile nature of the following topics: religion, sexual orientation, race, class, gender, and political opinion, users are advised against starting threads or entering posts expressing thoughts, beliefs or opinions on these topics. Any posts or threads on these matters may be removed at the discretion of the moderators or administrators.
  
• The following are guidelines for a better forum experience:
  
• Respect both forum moderators and administrators. They volunteer for this and have been selected based on our personal experience with each moderator. We at DK respect the service they provide and honor their decisions.
  
• Post to the forum that is most appropriate for the topic being presented. DK is a very broad discussion format. Doing so should be rather easy to figure out.
  
• No cross-posting. (This is posting the same topic in more than one forum)
  
• Respect the privacy of other members and individuals. Do not post personal information about them (i.e. addresses, phone numbers, passwords, etc.)
  
• Observe all copyright laws when posting copyrighted material.
  
• Do not post messages that violate Federal, State, or Local laws which include, but are not limited to, anything that violates a copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or is bound by NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).
  
  
• Considering the real-time nature of the CHAT ROOM, it is impossible for DUBKORPS to review all messages or confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember that DUBKORPS does not actively monitor the contents of posted messages and are not responsible for any messages posted. DUBKORPS does not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and is not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of DUBKORPS or any entity associated with DUBKORPS / Raderwerks LLC. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged Private message a moderator or email info@dubkorps.com.
  
• You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this Discussion Forum to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by DUBKORPS.
  
• We at this DUBKORPS also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.
  
• A valid email address is required for registration so that your password can be sent to you personally. This has been done to prevent and safeguard the DUBKORPS Forums from raDUBKORPS does *NOT* sell or distribute your email address to any third parties. The option to have your email address visible in your posts on these forums is controlled and determined by settings in your profile which you control. If you feel uncomfortable submitting your email address, you can go to a number of free email services on the Internet to get a second email address for the purposes of registering on bulletin boards like this one.
